"Et greit hotel å bo på."

Gode senger og et pluss at det var dyner.såpe, sjampo og dusjsåpe. Veldig god frokost.

Beliggenheten. Ble lovet utsikt mot bassenget og hagen. I stedet rett i mot gata.

Beliggenhet var greit, hadde stort kjøpesenter i grei nærhet og kolonial butikk ved nabohotell.

Var uheldig med leiligheten fikk en hjørneleilighet der det ikke kom sol på altanen.I leiligheten var det kaldt ,dette ble bemerket ble da henvist til og bruke pledd.skuffene svar skulle tross alt være der i 3 uker 😩😤

"Dårlig service på grunn av rommet!"

Ringte i november å hadde en rekvest om rommet.Da vi kom dit var dette ikke registrert.Vi fikk også ett rom med nesten ikke sol.Kaldt om kvelden og om morgenen

El trato de la persona que estaba en recepción el domingo 8 de septiembre a las 11 de la mañana. Mal educada, cara de pocos Amigos. Le di los buenos días y como si hubiera halado con una pared. No dio gracias por nada. Si a esa persona no le gusta trabajar con público, pues que se busque otro trabajo. Solo por la persona que estaba ese día en recepción. Me pensaré mucho en volver a ese Hotel.

"Decent if your choices are limited"

The hotel is way past its prime but has all the amenities you will need for a longer stay. The staff is ok, could be a little more polite. It wasn’t sparking clean but wasn’t dirty either. I mean the top shelves and the top of the door hadn’t been cleaned in a while but at this ratting ai wouldn’t have expected them to be.

We arrived 10 minutes after 15:00 and yet we had to wait for an additional 45 minutes for the room to be ready. To quote the receptionist the check in hour is not that strict. However the check out hour si very strict :). Also at checkout they were very surprised and rude that we insisted to get the deposit back right away, and of course we had to wait for 15 more minutes for somebody to do “the inspection”. The main door was shabby and not very secure so we didn’t leave anything valuable in the room. I wouldn’t have expected them to provide brand new towels but neither was I expecting to get towels and sheets with wholes in them when paying about 100 euro per night.
