Fiquei hospedada no último andar, estava chovendo muito, simplesmente às 3h da manhã começou uma cachoeira na minha cabeça saindo da luz. Tentei várias vezes a recepção e nada, tive que descer e pedir para mudar de quarto. Foi horrível…

O check-in não funciona pelo e-mail que eles enviaram , na recepção é bem demorado para concluir. O hotel fica em um bairro cheio de moradores se rua espalhados, o hotel não tem culpa, mas eu como visitante não escolheria esse hotel novamente, o café é muito ruim, não gostei mesmo, acabei tomando café em padarias ao redores. A questão da garagem é estressante, sempre que precisava sair, tinha que ficar pedindo pra abrir o portão as vezes demorava. Limpeza péssima, os lençóis não foram trocados, fiquei duas noites. E observei chão sujo moveis sujos, o ar não gela bem. Quarto com cheiro de quarto fechado a muito tempo. Experiência muito ruim.
