City Partner Hotel Ter Streep

The room is very small, the hair dryer didn't work, there were broken lamps in the room. we were 5 people, 4 adults and 1 child, there were beds for 4 people, we had to sleep with a child. The child was charged full price. The mattresses are terrible as are the pillows, it's impossible to sleep, it's a torment. Not worth your money. It's not 3 stars, I wouldn't even give 1.

Excellent location, comfortable bed, and great breakfast! Right across a stop for the coastal tram. We will definitely be back!

Ik en mijn vriendin zijn zeer tevreden, zeer nette kamer ,super ontbijt vriendelijk personeel, volgende keer bij bezoek Oostende gaan we zeker terug.

Very welcoming and friendly hotel, good location for the trams and centre of Ostend and a 15 minute walk away from the Railway Station. Nothing too much trouble, breakfast of a good standard and everything you'd expect on a continental buffet. All in all a lovely week, thank you.

Super aanrader, vriendelijk personeel, oud hotel maar bijna alles vernieuwd, parking vlak bij, en dijk en winkel straat heel dicht bij. Wij gaan zeker noch eens terug.

De ontvangst bij de receptie, de netheid van de kamers en de bediening in de bar waren uitstekend. Het ontbijt was goed. Het hotel ligt vlakbij de boulevard en een halte van de kusttram. Parkeergarage op 5 minuten lopen. Geen negatieve aspecten.
