the hotel needs updating but we spent a lovely few days there everywhere in the hotel is clean the room was very comfortable with a very large balcony but does need updating but saying that usb charger available and a Dyson airco unit the staff very friendly breakfast had a very good spread and the best tasting jams ive ever had in a hotel not the usual industrial crap but real fruit jams very special location is great minutes from the beach restaurants and shops and 15 minute walk from the train station hotel bar was good very cheap and a nice place to end the night in peace and quiet we have now added this hotel to our list of ostend hotels which we will return to when we next have the chance to visit the area again

En choisissant l’hôtel on a coché le parking mais en arrivant sur place il y avait pas de parking de prévu. Dommage. On s’est garé dans la rue. Sinon l’hôtel était très bien, bien situé au centre de la ville, le service au top

Very friendly, helpful personnel. We had the family room on the first floor,which has two separate bedrooms (one with bunk beds). It is situated at the back of the hotel and so very silent.The bathroom is fairly spacious with a walk-in shower ( yet only 1 wash basin) . Excellent breakfast:ample choice and very friendly lady who does her utmost best to keep everything going. It's located only a few metres from the casino (cultural centre), the sea promenade and the rest of the city centre. If you make the effort of a 10 minutes walk you can park your for free in the Maria Hendrikapark. The hotel has 3 parking spaces in front of the entrance to (un)load your car.

Bon hôtel avec une salle de bain minuscule 2metres/carré environ. Autrement les petits déjeuners sont très copieux et fournis. Propreté très correcte. L'accueil fut sympathique. La literie souple et ferme à la fois, donc idéale. Les hôteliers attribuent certainement des chambres moins confortables pour les sites de réservation au dépens des utilisateurs.

Très accueillant et très bien situé.
