IFE B&B – Inka Frog Exclusive

We were really impressed by the staff, went to a restaurant they recommended and it was awesome. Long trip from the airport but worth it, Miraflores was a great area to stay.

It is located in the district of Miraflores, close to the boardwalk to the beach where you can observe the landscape and walk to Larcomar or if you prefer to take a taxi to Larcomar which costs S/.8. Also Taxi to downtown is S/.20. Breakfast is good and close to good restaurants. In front of the Hotel there is a good cafeteria with good typical food.

Stayed there for abt 10 hrs During the day. Wanted to relax a bit during our day in Lima after we came from Puno before catching a flight at midnight. There is no name at the front and you have to ring a bell to enter. Front desk staff were very helpful. We got a terrace 3 bed deluxe room. Had clean room and bathroom but there was some construction next door which made it a bit noisy. Bed was ok.

Good location, very helpful staff. If you are willing to walk a few blocks through a pretty safe neighborhood, you have access to the beach and mass transit downtown. A variety of restaurants are just a couple of blocks away. Good pastry shop half a block away. The only downside is the door is hard to find the first time; they need a sign. The staff is VERY customer oriented. I recommend you use their taxi service to and from the airport, good price and great service.

Where to begin! Florina welcomed us and gave us the do's and don'ts of Lima. She gave us a map and information on how to take public transportation and where to go. Printed our flight tickets for Cuzco. We needed tickets to go to Nazca and gave us the 411 on where to buy them and how to get there. It was a very pleasant walk. I don't think we took any bus or taxi while in Miraflores as everything is within walking distance and very beautiful during the evening for an evening stroll. Miraflores is bustling with activities and people enjoying the evening at the Kennedy Park (We enjoyed this one the most with its feline residents). We missed a few places as we had a very limited time in Lima but what Florina recommended from a list and our own wishes we feel as if we didn't missed anything. Upon our returned from Nazca we stayed here again which was once again delightful. We never got to have breakfast as we were always leaving our hotel at 5am and Lima has a great gastronomy. We thank the Inka Frog for making our stay in Lima pleasant and enjoyable.

Hotel is family run. They were so nice. They wake up at 5am just to make us breakfast before we catch our bus. They call and make tour registration for us as well. The area is nice and quiet. Clean place with hot water and fast wifi.

nice little hotel in a good location in Miraflores. Staff was very helpful in arranging taxis, laundry service, etc, and gave excellent directions to sites in Lima.

We arrived at around 8am and were invited to have a cup of tea while they checked if our room was ready, even though official check in wasn't until much later. That set the tone for our entire stay, the staff were incredibly helpful. Breakfast was good and tea or coffee was available all day in the lounge area.

i wasn't sure what to expect upon arrival to the building, but the hotel was really nice inside. the top floor had a shared patio, which was beautifully decorated. the room was large with a large bed. everything was clean. breakfast was served in the morning, which included eggs, fruit, bread, coffee, tea, and juice (typical for peru). the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. it's not as close to all the fun stuff, but it was a quick taxi drive from the downtown area and mall.

The hotel staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. We arrived very late at night and left very early in the morning and there was always someone there. We always felt safe, as you have to buzz in to get in. The location is right in Miraflores maybe a 10 minute walk from the main parts of the neighborhood. It was really nice. The breakfast in the morning was great (and included). The room was actually fairly large, and the bathroom was very clean with a great shower with plenty of hot water. This was a great place to come back at the end of day of being a tourist to unwind and crash.
