O entorno do hotel é lindíssimo!!!O atendimento é impecável e a diversidade de restaurantes é maravilhosa!!! Se percebe que tudo foi projetado com muito cuidado para surpreender!As trilhas são lindas, com obras de arte vistas no caminho. Um lugar para voltar!!! Aliás,não precisamos sair do hotel na nossa estadia!!!!

Gostei de tudo! Achei magnífico em todos os quesitos. O lugar é majestoso; o atendimento primoroso; Beleza, sofisticação, bom gosto ; respira-se literalmente o ar puro da natureza. Em suma: encantador! Voltaremos, com certeza!

Localização, vista, café da manhã, simpatia e eficiência de todo o staff, comida.

Algumas coisas necessitando de manutenção: o aquecedor de toalhas não funcionava bem e vazava água do chuveiro no banheiro. A questão do aquecedor foi resolvida prontamente, mas o ideal é que estivesse tudo ok. O ar condicionado fez falta. Apesar de ser Campos do Jordão, não estava frio e como bate sol na parede do quarto a tarde toda, o ar condicionado (que não tem na acomodação) fez MUITA falta porque o quarto ficava muito quente à noite, mesmo estando mais frio lá fora. E não é possível deixar a janela totalmente aberta porque não tem tela e entravam muitos insetos.

O hotel está espetacular, completamente restaurado, com magníficos jardins e flores. Não poderia ser mais confortável e acolhedor. Ambientes amplos, várias opções de comiddas e bebidas, sem falar no clássico e consagrado fondue.

Gostaria de uma estadia mais longa.
