penso que poderia melhorar na opção de um chalé com apenas uma opcao de cama, poder adicionar 1 pessoa a mais. pagamos por um chale em que sobrou 2 camas, e consequentemente valor ficou exorbitante.

O hotel está ótimo. Ficamos no prédio principal, que tem mais de 80 anos. Conservadíssimo. E renovado onde é necessário, como os banheiros. O serviço é impecável, com funcionários gentis e muito preparados. O restaurante Penachi (jantamos lá nas duas noites) é ótimo. E a natureza dispensa comentários.

Senti falta de produtos sem lactose no café da manhã. Acho que, pela categoria do hotel, é uma falha a ser sanada.
