Thanh Binh Central Hotel

Struttura assolutamente non all'altezza delle mie aspettative. Stanze sporche con tanto di insetti. Personale inadeguato. Unica nota positiva la posizione rispetto al centro di Hoi An.

Central location. Staff were very obliging when we cut our stay short and did not charge us for the full length of our booking period.

We were given ground floor rooms which smelled badly of mould. We suspect that they may have been impacted by the recent flooding. No kettle, no safe and the door to the courtyard didn't lock leaving us feeling very insecure. The price was very cheap. We decided to check out and move to somewhere more expensive and better suited to our needs.

Nicht wirklich viel

Zimmer war extrem dreckig. Boden war aufgequollen und wurde mit einem Duschvorleger überdeckt. Haare und Insekten im Bett, schien so als wurde die Bettwäsche nicht ausgetauscht. Glücklicherweise hat kurz nach unserem Checkin ein Gast ausgecheckt, bei dem Wanzen im Bett waren. Wir haben dann wieder ausgecheckt und uns ein anderes Hotel gesucht.

The hotel had a nice character, the room was clean and we even enjoyed the pool. The location is great. We felt very comfortable there.
