Location. There are many convenience stores nearby. Sheets and towels were clean. Breakfast was okay- 100k per person. Better to spend your 100k outside.

They only accept CASH. There is additional 3% additional charge if you insist on paying using credit card. They should put in in their website so guests can reconsider before booking. The room was dusty and has a damp smell. Fortunately, the towels, pillows and sheet were clean.
