"Safe and Comfy!"

Safe and clean. Very accommodating staff. No transport service to or from airport but staff will help get a cab as needed. Great service in keeping our luggage safely and FOR FREE while we travel to another island with just our backpack.

"Aging Hote with Poor Amenities"

This hotel is one to be avoided. There was no hot water and the Wifi did not work at all on the first day and was under repair on second day. Check in staff was rude. Front desk staff tried to be helpful but the problems were not solved with a room change. There are better hotels for the same money. Montebello and Ford's Inn come to mind.

"didn't like the hotel, it is clean but old"

big room, no charm what so ever. staff not welcoming at all. parties till the morning with noise just over our room. location far from everything. i really do not recommend this hotel

"Good for business trips"

The hotel was your typical hotel for its class. The staff are really nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet included was limited.
