Staff were incredibly helpful. We were able to leave our bags at the reception and go into town. We checked in at the designated time and everything was handled so well. They were able to give us advise for the surrounding area, overall great service!

"Made our special day perfect"

Haidee made our wedding planning go so smoothly. From the moment we met her we had our heart set on The Osborne Hotel to be our wedding reception location. Haidee made everything seamless from start to finish. Without her we honestly don’t think we could’ve handled the stress planning weddings can cause. We are so grateful for her and all the staff at The Osborne for making our day a day we will never forget for the rest of our lives. We cannot thank them all enough and we cannot recommend choosing Haidee, her team and The Osborne Hotel enough.
