The "continental breakfast" that you pay an extra £10 for is a selection of cereals (selection meaning they are all small rice krispie boxes), fruit that looks like it was bought a week ago, juices and milk that are not refrigerated and left out in the sun, and bread for toasting which is in tupperware to keep it away from the ants crawling over the table. No one seems to have done any housekeeping on our room whilst we stayed. Walls are paper thin and you can hear everything going on around the building. They even got the description of the room wrong. No coffee and tea machine as expected, no shower gel either - it was broken.

breakfast is to early 7 to 9 am would be a better time 7 to 10 or even 10.30.am not all of us have be up to get going.

The room was bright and clean - had everything it should have although the bathroom was in need of an upgrade.

Even though I had notified them of my requirement for a gluten-free breakfast, all I could eat was an apple, In fact there were no cereals or cooked breakfast. No tables were laid but one member of staff who apologised. WiFi was available after I made a complaint but then it was often intermittant. The external appearance of the hotel was of slow decay.

Bed linen was good .clean sheets ect

Rooms very noisy, no isolation. Could here conversation s from all room adjoining..terrible very wornout hotel needs upgrades. Breakfast well that was a let down ....

The room was dated, dirty and not as per the website at all. We saw the rooms, left the keys and left immediately to stay elsewhere. The hallway/exit/entrance door was hanging off and you could see daylight through it. There was mould up the walls, windows locked shut, room door looked like it had been forced open or shut and was damaged, black hairs on the top pillow, dirty toilet, dirty and terribly worn carpets.
