The property was very tired and breakfast consisted of a yoghurt (warm) and a piece of toast not good

Location was convenient

Property very badly maintained. No breakfast available other than toast, wrapped pain au chocolates, juice etc

The blatant misleading photos and description of services the Hotel offered. The buildings were unkempt with broken windows. The grounds haven't seen a lawn mower in what looks like months. The damp musty smell in the hallways and rooms. The kebab/burger wagon on the driveway that was for public and hotel guest use. The manager not knowing how to manage his hotel and having the cease pit emptied at 2230 pm right outside our bedroom, 25 degree heat and the room stank then of warm feaces. This continued until 0020 with no apology or notice prior that this would be happening. The blatant disregard for the hotel.guests. I was 1 of 4 people who went to complain and the staff were rude and disrespectful. I even asked to speak to the manager, who had to be called and then decided he wanted to argue with me. I'm still waiting on a telephone call from him regarding some form of compensation for my stay.

That it was close to where I was visiting

The room smelt bad, there was loads of noise from other guests who were shouting it early hours, they did let us my son and myself change room but you could still hear shouting just not as loud, the Continental breakfast was only toast
