It’s close to a Carbana Car wash.

Very run down and on arrival there was a burger van operating on the premises which seems to be a permanent fixture. Didn’t want to use the facilities there, literally turned up, dropped my bag off in my room and set out to find where I could get some reasonable food at a reasonable price (that was a struggle) and got back to my room when I was ready to go to sleep. It’s run really badly by people that come from a country of that’ll do 👳🏿‍♂️. Can’t blame them for the problem with the sewerage pumping station, but would have thought they would of put guests in other rooms away from it so they weren’t woken up by a poo tanker and the smell of shit coming into their rooms (3 hours sleep). Bath was dirty or heavily stained from lack of cleaning and had silver insects running around the bath to enjoy my shower with.

Very dated, not clean, poor facilities.

The room is not three star, more two star. Although the bedding was clean, the bathroom needs to be looked at (Toilet and Shower}. We had a room on the ground floor with patio doors and a windows which we could open otherwise, it would be very hot. The restaurant was not open for afternoon tea or evening meals, and as for the continental breakfast WELL! a piece of bread (brown or white) and a baby size yoghurt. The grounds or not cleared to sit in, although we opened the patio doors could not go out as the weeds were about a foot high. Sorry but would not stay there again.
