Beaver Dam Lodge

Location great. Staff, especially Lori was wonderful. She had a great deal of knowledge about this historic lodge. They are in the process of updating the property.

Poor management the lady was very rude I feel discriminated she try really hard to hide been racist went I was checking in. I will never go back again plus this place need a big time upgrade

We booked for 5 adults and the room was not equipped with beds for 5 adults The room was set up for less people so we had to ask for more towels coffee etc

It was a nice place to stay and quiet.

We love historic hotels and this little gem in the desert fit the bill. Wish the pool was open and that they offered a little breakfast of sorts. Other than that, it was a nice respite on our two week road trip in the desert.

This property should be inspected and make sure the property matches the minimum requirements to run a business. It is a very old building that needs a complete remodeling. The sheets were burgundy, dark green carpet, dark grey towels, and heavy mold smell. I asked to change the room due to asthma I couldn't breathe. The lady was nice and offered another room on the upper level. It was pretty much the same except for a less moldy smell. They put some kind of heavy air freshener in each room to cover other smells, I had to take it out to the hallway. The burgundy sheets had a large stain, when we turned on the water dirt came out, and the toilet bowl had a rust stain all over. I tried to open the window to have some fresh air, windows had so much stain, it was hard to see outside, no screen on the second floor. I have never stayed in any hotel in these poor conditions. We didn't touch anything, just sat there and left very early in the morning.
