"Family occasion, superbly catered for."

We needed a base in centre of Grenoble for a family event. Front of house team accommodated our changing needs superbly, with clear communication and check-back to ensure all was correct. Hotel was spotless, beds & pillows very comfortable, shower facilities terrific, air-con was great (mid-30s during our stay) and a good breakfast available if needed.

Clean and functional room, comfortable bed, air conditioning, good quality cosmetics, coffee machine in the room, strong wifi, good choice for breakfast buffet (sweet and savoury, hot and cold), friendly staff. We were allowed to take our bikes to the room.

The tap in the bathroom was gushing water over the sink; the shower had only a small door, and water was splashing all over the bathroom.
