Le petit déjeuner était très bien Hôtel bien placé à pied , en voiture un peu plus compliqué à atteindre Il faut absolument se garer avant au parking ce qui n’est pas expressément précisé !

La salle de bain n’était pas du tout bien pensée . Lavabo et mitigeur non pratiques . Le mitigeur était difficile à ouvrir et on était facilement éclaboussés La douche avait une vitre de protection trop courte et on mettait de l’eau partout

Large, comfortable room. Good airco. Nice staff. We were lucky with early check in. Central location with supermarket in front of the door, gelaterias and restaurants closeby.

THE best hotel and staff in Grenoble. A massive thank you to Wendy, Erwan, Justin, Camille and France for the incredible support and kindness they showed in April. My son had a ski accident, and was airlifted to Grenoble where he was in ICU for a week. We needed a hotel nearby, urgently. Wendy, Erwan and the team were just wonderful. They organised flexible accommodation, guided us on local services, showed empathy, and support. They took care of everything. I cry when I think back to that week, and how kind and caring everyone was. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are understated luxury, relaxing, and spacious. A tram run from just 1 minute away direct to the hospital. The hotel is in the heart of the shopping areas, and just 5 minutes walk from the cable car to the viewpoint. I'm pleased to say my son is making a full recovery. Emergency or not, this is the best hotel in Grenoble for location, quality and service. Thank you

Séjour correct dans l’ensemble, avec un très bon emplacement et un personnel vraiment à l'écoute, et surtout pour le tarif payé, le séjour reste très correct.

En revanche, l’hôtel nous a semblé un peu en dessous de ce que nous attendions après avoir lu les avis et vu les photos. Peut-être n’avons-nous pas eu de chance avec la chambre, ou peut-être aurait-il fallu prendre une chambre Supérieure. La chambre était assez petite et un peu sombre. Le lit était aussi un peu trop mou, mais c’est personnel. La salle de bain donnait une impression de manque d’entretien, avec notamment une étagère manquante. Il y avait également des taches sur le peignoir. Autre point : booking indique un parking, mais celui-ci est payant. C’était bien précisé dans l’e-mail de confirmation, que je n’avais pas lu attentivement, donc c’est en partie de ma faute. Mais nous avions justement choisi cet hôtel car l’autre option n’avait pas de parking. Au final, il faut utiliser le parking payant de la ville, ce qui est assez normal pour un hôtel en centre-ville. L’hôtel propose un tarif négocié, mais cela revient tout de même à environ 20 € la nuit, un point à prendre en compte.
