Rooms are big, beds are super good, and staff is the highlight.

The hotel can do with a bit of a refresh, but its not a dealbreaker.

The place is dilapidated. Definitely not a 4-star hotel as they claim to be. Many things missing or broken. The air conditioning did not work in my room and in someone else's room. There seem to be several other reviews about the same matter. The air conditioning units are extremely old, not the inverter type, and very noisy. Those that do work are so noisy that they will keep you await at night. The safe in my room was broken. I was then moved to another room, which did not have a fridge or a hair dryer, and in which the safe did not work either. The at lease one of two air conditioners in the lobby is broken.
