Staff that received us on check-in was friendly helpful and inviting.

Morning of check out while I was getting ready a staff member entered the room. No one knocked. The aircon didn't work and the bedding had a stain on it. The door to bathroom didn't close properly.

Good location

A ridiculous thing, but they supply you with one bottle of water on arrival. It was incredibly hot so I finished the water and left the bottle on the dresser. The following day, after they had cleaned the room, the empty bottle was placed nicely by the glasses ...... didnt understand that

The place is dilapidated. Definitely not a 4-star hotel as they claim to be. Many things missing or broken. The air conditioning did not work in my room and in someone else's room. The air conditioning units are extremely old, not the inverter type, and very noisy. Those that do work are so noisy that they will keep you await at night. The safe in my room was broken. I was then moved to another room, which did not have a fridge or a hair dryer, and in which the safe did not work either. The at lease one of two air conditioners in the lobby is broken.
