"Home2Suites has great staff and is clean."

The breakfast every day was amazing! They often had fruit, warm cookies, snacks, sitting on the counter for people to take. The entire staff in particular, Norma, were very helpful, pleasant and happy. Rooms were spacious; beds comfy. It was nice having a full-size refrigerator for the week.

Well, our room in particular could’ve used a little maintenance. When we arrived at our room, the door was open and it wouldn’t close. The bathroom door would not close. My husband had to adjust both and at least got them so that we didn’t have to worry about open doors while we were gone. The ironing board was broke. One leg was completely off. My husband fixed that too. Housekeeping should’ve reported these issues prior to our arrival-especially the door issue.

Home2Suites were within 2 blocks to the San Antonio Riverwalk. Very walkable.

Parking. We paid a lot for valet parking which made sense to us to do it but it is not our normal operating mode.
