Riverwalk is close by, so great location. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice bath towels. We were in room 808 and the bathroom door literally would not shut bc the top hinge was slightly askew. You could probably use all your force to shut the door, but good luck trying to get out. Also mold on the shower track in several places and mold on the ceiling above the shower. No excuses for this, Hilton. Doesn’t housekeeping keep management informed of these issues?? If not, they should. Lastly, the windows were sooo very dirty. When I woke up, I looked out the window to see the weather. I was surprised that it was foggy out. Soon after I went to the lobby for breakfast and discovered it was actually very sunny outside. When I went back upstairs to our room, I looked out the window again and realized the problem was the windows were filthy on the outside. Seriously, they don’t look like they’ve been cleaned in decades.

Location was fantastic! Breakfast was okay. Room was very nice and clean but there was a lot of street noise. The only reason I didn’t give as high on the bathroom was that they forgot to give us any bath towels. Housekeeping brought them immediately when we called.

The bed

1016 Room. While shower, water was hot then swap to cold, after near than a minute it swaps again to cold and doesn't stop. The room glasses were so dirty that was not able to see to the outside. It's a Hilton, you cannot allow that kind of issues. The room carpet looks dirty also. The personal from the breakfast place seems to be angry all the time.
