Disappointing experience. The shower/tub had extremely poor water pressure, making it largely unusable. The checkout follow-up was also unnecessary and rude—two calls within 10 minutes after a late fee had already been applied. We were delayed due to an injury, yet neither the front desk nor room service showed any empathy to understand. Overall, in 20 years of travel, we have not encountered such disappointing lack of customer focus and care.

Staff - at both front desk and in the West Coast Restaurant were unhelpful and seemed to just not like to accommodate guests.

Very comfortable and spacious room. Convenient restaurant and bar right downstairs, which was appreciated since I traveled by bike and would have had to bike further into town for food. View from the resort is excellent and, with agreeable weather, would be a great place to hang out outside. I wanted to also give a word of appreciation to the resort staff. I forgot my reading tablet in the hotel room. They patiently worked with me through multiple phone calls and emails to get the tablet back to me in the US. Thank you for going above and beyond what was just a one night stay in the resort.

The food in the restaurant is slightly overpriced for what it is, but you get the location convenience.

Rooms and facilities (when open) were great. 1 member of staff stood out by far..

I paid a lot of money for this hotel and it appears to me that it wants clients who will head out through the day and just go to bed at night. There is no food, entertainment or even a bar available after 9pm. No bar at all Monday or Tuesday.
