Exceptional Executive Lounge: The executive lounge is truly one of the highlights of my stay. The service is impeccable, with a great selection of food and wine offered to elite members. Special recognition goes to Emma, the lounge manager, who is incredibly attentive and ensures that every stay is enjoyable and stress-free. Her dedication to guest satisfaction truly stands out. 3. Unmatched Comfort: The beds here are so comfortable that they make recovering from jetlag a breeze. After a long journey, there’s nothing better than a restful sleep in such a cozy bed. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Not to mention the variety of breakfast was huge. One day I was late for breakfast and they are already serving lunch, I asked for a togo coffee and they gave it to me free. The area it located has multiple other big hotels too and it makes me feel safe even i was out till mid night.

A good solid business hotel with the following positives: - friendly English speaking checkin - large and clean rooms - good concierge Areas for improvement - limited international TV channels - more multi lingual staff needed in bars and restaurants - lobby isn’t particularly inviting to spend time in Overall would stay again.

Also, note the indoor swimming pool is much less exciting than seen on the internet, dining options were unsatisfactory and the place is pretty far from the CNCC if you're attending a conference. Not sure all of the above justifies the high rates.
