Super Ausgangslage für Ausflüge aller Art, Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof, Busse und Straßenbahnen direkt um die Ecke, viele coole Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe, Park am Hafenbecken gleich nebenan, sehr freundliches Personal, schöne Unterbringung

Friendly staff, big room with sauna (upgraded for extra charge at checkin), when sauna wasnt working in first big room, receptionist changed to another room with even better view outside window.

Worn-out rooms, havent been refurbished for a long time. Not allowed to open windows, so conditioned air not so fresh.

"Schönes Hotel, zentrale Lage, tolles Frühstück. Alles gut."

... waren für 2 Nächte auf dem Weg von München über Lübeck (Fähre nach H.) und dann weiter zum Nordkapp (Norwegen) vor Ort. Gutes Hotel, schöne Lobby, tolle Lounge (mit Devotionalien vom Zirkus, dazu gibt es eine Geschichte) und großes Zimmer (3. Stock); hilfsbereites Personal. Parken für 2 Tage im Parkhaus (gegemüber) für 30 € war voll und ganz okay. Weil, Parken auf der Straße nur für 4 Std. möglich. Hatten unsere eigenen Fahrräder dabei und waren tagsüber nur unterwegs. Zur Innenstadt ein paar Minuten. Sind mit dem Rad die Tour vom Hop-on-hop-off-Bus "abgefahren"; war super. Keine 100 Meter vom Hotel ein großer Supermarkt. Viele Lokale in der Nähe. Gleich beim Hotel (Nebengebäude) gut und preislich okay am 2. Tag gegessen. Am 1. Tag im Vapiano (10 Minuten mit dem Rad) gegessen. Helsinki ist sehenswert. Man/frau kann viel machen. Zum Frühstück im Hotel. Fast super; alles da. Nur, Geschmackssache, "normaler" Kaffee. D. h. kein Latte Macchiato. Nutella im Original fehlte auch, wir haben es aber "überlebt". Die Klimaanlage wurde am 2. Tag reguliert. Es schien zwei Tage Anfang Juni 2026 tagsüber mit 22 Grad Celsius die Sonne.

... dass sich die Fenster nicht öffnen ließen, war doof. Weil, 24 Grad Celsius sind zum Schlafen zu viel. Am 2. Tag waren es dann angenehme 19 Grad Celsius; wurde auf Bitte reguliert.
