"I did not like the last minute change to be directed to another Scandic due to overbooking"

Upon arrival at the reception desk with my confirmed booking, I was told the hotel is overbooked and I do not have a room. I was directed to another Scandic (3 minutes away) where another room has been reserved for me. However, upon arrival at the other Scandic, the front desk was not duly informed, so I have to explain the situation before getting my room.
