"Great stay in Louisiana."

Very comfortable stay, room, conference center, outdoor pool… the staff were very helpful, flexible and understanding given the ever changing business trip I had. Particular thanks to Rahul Kumar who for even a 3am checkout was bright eyed, friendly and ever so professional.

The lobby smelled bad. The room smelled horrible. The bed was hard with lumpy, worn-out pillows. The food that should have been hot was cold. When I said something about the smell, I was told they would let housekeeping know i was not happy. We were in town for a funeral and i got little to no sleep. I will never stay there again and i suggest no one else stay there either. This room cost $185.00 for one night.

Nothing.

When walking into the building there was a strong odor that was overpowering the building. We were on the fourth floor so we chose to use the elevator. When in the elevator it kept stalling and honestly acted like it was going to break or kill us. The hallway to the room stunk and had a stronger smell than the entrance as the same for the bedroom. It smelled like chemicals mixed with smoke and/or feces. So we decided to stay at another hotel because we were unable to receive a refund. My friend literally almost threw up and I had a headache when we left.

Mini bar in room was exactly cold. Worked well.

The bed was uncomfortable. Floor in room needed to be shampooed. Had a lot of stains. Front desk clerk during check-in wasn't friendly and very unpersonable. Didn't like coffee maker was in bathroom

This place is so nice and quiet, right off the hwy but no highway noise at all. The staff was friendly and my room was very clean . Can’t wait to come back next month when I visit my family ………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………..
