"V vseh teh 13 letih, odkar obiskujem (tudi 2 x v sezoni), se storitev hotela bistveno poslabšuje."

Največ pripomb imam na prehrano. Destinacijo obiskujem že vrsto let, pa vendarle se kvaliteta hrane bistveno poslabšuje. Hrana je monotona, vsak dan enaka, pripravljena iz napol pripravljenih zamrznjenih sestavin..ni več npr.pečenih bučk, musak, štrukljev...ki so bili sestavni del prehrane pred leti. Krožnikov niso sproti dostavljali, npr.za solato je bil najmanjši desertni krožnik, vsi vemo, kako se zmeša solata... Po novem se parking plača, vendar parking sploh ni urejen in primeren. Poiskati moraž naključen prostor med drevesi, že tako je stiska, nikjer nobenih označb.. Najbolj grozno je bilo pa to, da so zahtevali plačilo takoj po prihodu!! Nisem še tega doživela in ne razumem, zakaj bi moral neko storitev plačati vnaprej.

Najbolj pa mi je bilo všeč osebje, marljivo, spoštljivo....pa tudi nad čistočo nimam pripomb.
