Magal Maradiso Hotel by Aminess

Our stay at the Magal Maradiso Hotel by Aminess was disappointing, mainly because of the poor dining experience ,organization and staff. The food selection was virtually the same every day, making meals repetitive and uninspiring. The coffee served at breakfast was terrible and far below what you would expect from a hotel of this category. Parking is another issue. Although guests pay €5 per day for parking, finding an actual parking spot can easily take 20 minutes or more, which is frustrating after a long day. Dinner is officially served until 9:00 PM, but by 8:00 PM several dishes are already finished and are not replenished. If you arrive later, you miss part of the advertised buffet selection. At the same time, around 8:00 PM it becomes difficult to find beer glasses or salad bowls. Many plates are dirty, so you have to carefully inspect and choose one that is usable. Even 30 minutes later, the same problems remain unresolved. What makes the situation even more frustrating is that despite the lack of food refills and the shortage of clean dishes, guests are expected to leave the restaurant exactly at 9:00 PM. În our first day, we were literally kicked out form dinner at that hour. Another really disappointing issue was that we lost on of our bracelet, for which at check out we were charged with 40 euro, without being informed în any way about this tarife before. The rooms are old, and the carpet in the hotel hallway smells bad and is dirty.

Hrana u nekim situacijama je bila loša ! :(

Lokacija je na dobrom mjestu, blizu su plaže, a i sam centar. Sobe su uredne i prostrane. Hrana u restoranu je raznovrsna i mislim da si uvijek možemo odabrati nešto što nam se sviđa. Zaposlenici su ljubazni i prisupačni.

Sve je bilo u redu.

Lepo renovirane sobe, dobra lokacija

Doze za šampon in milo v sobi so bile prazne, jedilnica je popolni kaos; pogrinjke si moraš sam najdit, borba za kozarce in krožnike, suff ne ve, za kaj je zadolžen, zgleda, da so vsi za vse, tako ves čas nekaj manjka, bus boyi so počasni, krožniki, beštek in mize umazane, kruh star, hrana ves čas ista, sadja ni razen treh barv pomaranč...dovoljeni so psi, ki poleg splošne gužve ustvarjajo dodaten nehigieničen kaos. Sobarice te zbudijo še pred osmo, grozno skratka, prišla sem po mir in počitek, a na napačen kraj, odšla sem utrujena in živčna. Parking je potrebno posebej plačati.

Camera spaziosa e confortevole, dotata di climatizzatore e stendibiancheria. La spiaggia si raggiunge a piedi, spostandosi in auto a poca distanza abbiamo trovato altre spiagge piccole e molto belle. A pochi metri è collocato il campeggio dove è presente un piccolo supermercato.

Lokacija ok, zajtrk povprecen, vsak dan isto.

Celoten hotel bi bil potreben renovacije, hrana vsak dan ista, povprecno okusna.
