There was no free breakfast as advertised. Coffee only. You can purchase breakfast if you want. When I book a room with a hotel, I always compare if breakfast is included in the room price when comparing hotel prices.

Advertised correctly.Hotel was very clean, did not have a soap to wash your hands and a towel to clean hands. Only a small soap for cleaning hands and using same soap and towel to clean everything. Towel was too thin to dry off. The blanket was to thin I felt too cold in the room.

Comfortable bed

It was advertised to have breakfast included and there was no breakfast. They said they haven’t served breakfast since before Covid. The staff member who served us blamed this on booking.com. The only reason we booked this place over others was because breakfast was included so we could save some time and money. Very frustrating.

- ich konnte keine Informationen und Anweisungen zum Shuttle finden, sodass ich für den Hinweg ein Uber nehmen musste - auf meine schriftliche Kontaktaufnahme via Booking hat das Hotel nicht reagiert. Sie meinten, dass sie diese Nachrichten nicht erhalten. - gemäss Booking sollte es ein Frühstück beinhalten, dieses gibt es nicht (das sei scheinbar schon seit 6 Jahren falsch und könne nicht geändert werden) - auf meinem Bett hatte es zahlreiche schwarze Haare - auch der Rücktransfer an den Flughafen hat nicht reibungslos funktioniert.
