el tamaño de la habitacion , lo comodo de la cama.

el desayuno no esta , el transporte del aeropuerto no es regular .....

Dirty towels and bathroom. No breakfast as advertised

Dirty, old and dated, room smelled like cigarette even though it was advertised as non-smoking.

I was offered an early check in. Very friendly reception staff.

Misleading advertising, no breakfast, the room was not cleaned well (esp bathroom), and the coffee maker was not working at all. The person at reception said that they can't help me. I was given a time to talk to the duty manager but he ghosted me!

Shuttle to and from the airport. Reception, housekeeping personnel very kind and helpful.

Booking information about having breakfast included that's a lie! Well the truth is there's no breakfast they don't even have a place to have a breakfast free and there's nothing close by to have a breakfast. But they have vending machines at reception and a filter coffee maker at the room with coffee, creamer and sugar.

The bed was surprisingly comfortable, staff was nice

En bookings decía que incluía desayuno, y cuando llegamos no era cierto, la primera habitación que me dieron, la puerta no abría y había alguien adentro, el shuttle no era a disponibilidad si no que había que reservarlo 4 horas antes, pésimo pésimo, adicional, bulla y peleas en las habitaciones al lado de la nuestra todas las noches, olor a marihuana horrible.
