Hotel Atwater

The hotel is located in central Avalon and very close to lots of restaurants and shops. It’s very clean and have very comfortable bed. However, the suite I stayed at is next to the street and quite noisy. Also, you can hear people walking in the room above your floor so very annoying! The bathroom had sewage smell.

A beautiful art deco inspired jewel.Our favorite hotel now in Avalon. Close to everything but not noisy. Very comfortable beds and pillows.

Great hotel Convenient , walkable , modern Room was tiny

Really easy to get to (of course, Avalon is tiny), with a central location in town. Room was kind of noisy - lots of drain/water/something noise from the sink, beeping/buzzing outside the window all day long, and the AC in the room ran constantly (at least the fan part). It was clean, as comfortable as could be expected, and although small, normal size for a room on Catalina. The front desk, and everyone we interacted with was EXCEPTIONALLY helpful and friendly.

Good location, staff very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful place and I love it. I want to stay here again.
