Budget Inn

Staff was very rude and disrespectful. Would not provide additional pillows to supplement thin ones in room. Room was very dirty with broken fixtures. Will never stay there again.

The rooms are clean , beds are comfortable and it's inexpensive to stay. I have stayed there many times and always had a safe and pleasant time. If your needing a a place to sleep and don't want to spend alot, this is where to go.

1st room had bed bugs, the managers are the rudest and like to argue. They are not the bottom hotel in town but I would definitely choose another. Beats on door at 9:00 am trying to clean. You couldn't pay me money to stay here.

The price was right bed was comfy but that's where it stops. We arrived around 8 pm they already had the doors closed u had to work through a little window. 1st room had dried urine on the seat so we changed rooms, no hair -dyer - no coffee in the front. Needless to write we wont be staying here again...not to friendly either..

I paid for 4 nights. On the second day i noticed a roach coming out the dresser drawer. I killed the roach took it to the office and they said the last guest must have left it there. I checked out and asked for a 2 day refund and they told me no. Don,t stay here very poor management.

frist place look new but very wrost on clening room was good bed cooking small and very bed pet order owner very crezy not wont listion any thing on gust complian very bed service ,frist day charge me $35.00 for one day i want stay one more night but they said they charge me $50.00 so please do not stay to robb your self.............

Hotel with bad service I ever see they charge me 60.00 $ my room and shower didnt work no coffee maker in room micorro way was dirty with some food with meldew and bad order and bed was so dirty with lot hair and some bad stain so I cudent sleep so next morning when I chek out I ask for refound they refuse to my money so was tell other gust do not stay worst service no much about bussiness

I have room with this motel many times in the past, but, I will not stay here again. The motel is under new ownership and management and it has BED BUGS!!! My boyfriend got bitten by bed bugs. If you have stayed here recently wash your clothes and self carefully to get them off.

I couldn't find any older motels in Stephenville, so I picked this because it didn't look like a chain place. The price was pretty high for a nothing town in a nothing part of the state. I paid $78. The room was clean and quiet, but the folks that run this place treat you like a naughty toddler. I've never seen so many rules and warnings of fines. There must have been three or four places in the room where they had something telling you not to steal towels, or spill water, etc. I don't know if they had some really awful lodgers, but I don't think they're tempermentally suited to innkeeping. It was really offputting, especially after paying almost double what I normally do.

This is the worst hotel in Stephenville! I booked my entire family to stay there for my college graduation. I checked in and when the rest of my family arrived, they had given away four of our rooms!!! The managers are rude! Just don't go there!!!
