Sylvia at reception was fantastic, very polite and helpful.

Coffee facilities were a bit poor, no kettle in room. Chinchon was disappointing, restaurants looked tired and a bit dirty! Streets need cleaning, dog mess everywhere! Real shame could be lovely!!
