Le calme de l'hôtel et sa facilité d'accès. Les petits déjeuners copieux

No heating in room. Was freezing. After complaining the staff said the previous occupants had also complained but they still sold us the room. We booked one queen bed and single on the site but were told on arrival that all they has was 3 singles. Front desk staff couldn’t be less interested.

Nothing

We had no hot water and the staff member was not helpful at all and tried to make out that we did not turn the tap hard enough! Also she had the audacity to why we didn't shower last night, my answer to that was we showered at the Blue Lagoon. No effort was made to actually check or remedy the situation.

Appena arrivati impossibile stare in camera troppo caldo. Spento il termostato ma dopo 2 giorni ancora caldo. Tutto quello appoggiato a pavimento scottava. Dormito sempre con finestra aperta sembrava una sauna. Pulizia camera nn fatta , dalla reception dicono che bisogna avvisare la mattina altrimenti nn puliscono e non cambiano salviette, grazie ad una ragazza receptionist spagnola mi ha cambiato le salviette e nulla più. Pulizia lascia a desiderare, doccia nn pulitissima , trovate bottigliette a terra dietro la scrivania.

I had an enjoyable time at Hotel Klettur. The rooms are decent. Don’t expect high end or anything but the rooms were clean. Water was hot. Daily provided breakfast for free. The best part about this hotel for me was the location. It is located about a 10-15 minute walk to the main downtown street where all the shops and bars and restaurants are. Plus it’s located in a good spot where your activity pick ups will come to your hotel directly. Would stay here again
