HAving stayed here 4 nights, a HUUUUGE thank you to Damian helping us sort out the room, not having to change it, booking us on some amazing tours, and sorting out the issue with the transfer provider. The hotel itself is amazing but Damian is the main reason we enjoyed it so much, as we travelled all over the world and never had such an unique and amazing customer care like we did here.
