We have stayed at Klettur since it was new. The service is as warm as ever, while the hotel has shifted to more of a bus tour vibe, with reduced bar offerings and a pretty basic breakfast and good coffee, a pretty rare thing. Communication through the online checkin process was onerous. The actual human staff was great. The room was tired.

Hotel Klettur is well located just a short distance from the mail shopping street and a great variety if restaurants. The front desk staff are helpful and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The best part is the breakfast with many hot dishes and lots of fresh fruit option

Location was great, very central, and good (free) street (bay) parking nearby. Nothing fancy, but a clean, comfortable, and a great base to explore from. Decent value for money - for Iceland standards!

Room is a little on small side/ there's only one sofa chair - so if you're a two, only one of you can sit other than the bed! But you have everything you need, all fine.

Comfortable and clean room with enough space and nice breakfast. Possibility to park your car in the garage. The city center is in 10 minute walk, we enjoyed our stay here. The staff is really friendly.

Kahteen kertaan illalla meni huoneissa hälytykset päälle, eikä henkilökunta tiennyt miksi. Hieman jäi myös epäselväksi minne auton voisi jättää, missä on maksulliset ja missä ilmaiset paikat.

Švarus ir tvarkingas kambarys, erdvi vonia. Visos higienos priemonės geros kokybės.

Bet kambarys buvo pusrūsyje, langai nuo pusės buvo po žeme. Tad niūrus ir drėgmės kvapas. Grindys ledinės...visada prietema, nes langas ne tik kad po žeme, bet ir užkampyje.
