"Hotel closed to JR Train Station and Odori Park"

Hotel was walking distance from the JR train station. I took the JR Rapid Airport train from New Chitose Airport directly into Sapporo. Took about 35 minutes. The hotel is also just a short distance from Odori Park, where the Snow Festival is being held. You can walk or take the train to Odori Park.

"Nice hotel, close to station and shopping mall."

"Convenient location and superb breakfast buffet"

Super convenient location, B1 level joins Sapporo under ground mall strip and linked to JR station. Took us less than 5 minutes to get on to the train from hotel. Very delicious breakfast.

"Concierge staff not friendly and not helpful"

This is our third time stay, we do love the breakfast buffet as it’s rated No.4 best buffet in Japan. However, the disappointing thing is that on the morning of December 31, 2017 we left the hotel to take the Resortliner bus to Niseko, your staff at the lobby concierge area were very impolite and very reluctant to help us to carry the luggages to the ground level:-( This was very disappointing as showing no friendliness and didn’t want to help!

"Highly recommended hotel with great breakfast!"

Very convenient as it’s right beside JR Sapporo though signages to take lift to basement may not be convenient if you have heavy luggages. The breakfast is a must have! Champagne is served for the buffet breakfast while a full satisfying Japanese meal is served if you opt for Jap breakfast. Lots of shopping malls & food options just across the road & there’s no need to leave the area if you’re tired or just staying for 2 nights like my family.

"Closed Sapporo station and all underground shop "

I was earlied book and its quite cheap. the location is very closed at sapporo station. Just one obstacle point, when we moved the luggage from underground walkway to hotel. there is no elevator or escalator. we have to carry up and down on stair.
