"Enjoyed This Place"

Pricey by Nicaraguan standards but worth it. We had a large and clean double bed room with a large bathroom. The pool was great.

"Pleasantly Surprises"

Safe place to go at the end of the day. Very friendly and helpful people. Quaint. Highly recommended. We hired a driver for the day and ran into issues with the Traffic Police on the Transamerica Highway. Without the help of the driver and the hotel staff the ending might have been very different than it was. Grateful for their help.

"Perfect Location and Staff"

The hotel is centrally-located with very helpful, informative staff members. The room was clean and comfortable, the two pools were a refreshing respite from the heat. If we return to Granada, we will definitely stay here.

"Great place to stay in the middle of Granada"

it was a nice hotel...nice friendly people...breakfast wasn't out of this world but it was good and cheap....as far as the location...it was perfect...right on the middle of the downtown area by the park. I will def stay here again when i come back

"Better than advertised!"

This is one of the few times I've stayed in a hotel that was even more beautiful than the photos depicted. Built in the colonial style, this is a small hotel with an intimate design. The rooms surround beautiful courtyards, each with a pool. The rooms are spacious and beautiful with a lot of room, including a generous closet and a large bathroom with hot water. The wifi was excellent in our room, strong enough to stream video. The staff at the front desk were able to help us with every single request we had. Knowledgable and friendly, they were reliable with information. The owner of the hotel was friendly, and greeted us each morning at breakfast. This is a well-priced hotel for the area and I would recommend it enthusiastically. I plan to bring my family down to Nicaragua again, and we will stay at this hotel when we are in Granada.

"Another Great Stay in Grenada"

This is the second time we've stayed at Hotel Colonial. Clean rooms, great location, and wonderful breakfast. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Our kids love the pool and we enjoy the swim up bar. See you next year!

"In central Granada in a quiet Street"

Excellent experience! the staff was very hospitable and professional . My husband and Children had an enjoyable time. The Hotel had a nice décor ,good natural food and was clean. The location of the Hotel was perfect, it was in a quiet street, but within walking distance of restaurants and entertainment.

"Only Way to stay in Colonial Granada is this hotel"
