"Granada - a good centre, with much to see"

Good location. Very close to cathedral square and near main tourist eating area. Comfortable, well-appointed hotel, but over-priced for what it offers. Everything but the wifi and the air you breathe is extra! Bed was very firm.

Great customer service, they can book all the tours you need, arrange for transport, hire guides etc. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. Huge breakfasts! Super hot showers and great colonial ambiance.

"Exceptional"

Love this place, the location was close to everything. The room was very big. Our room was on the third floor that over look the pool. The staffs at the Hotel are super friendly and helpful. Thank you so much for making our first time in Granada wonderful!!!

"Such Character!"

This hotel was the nicest, in terms of character and charm, that I have EVER stayed in. Staff was lovely, amenities were terrific, two courtyard pools were so cool. I fully recommend. And hope to return one day!

"Internet didn't work"

Internet was so sketchy, and when planning your trips on the run, this proved to be extremely inconvenient. I struggled to plan the onward sectors of my trip due to the poor/non-existent internet service. Aircon was broken on arrival and took a day to fix. Pools were nice although they had a strange smell to them. My room was on the corner and through traffic noise was quite substantial. There was also a small ant infestation in the bathroom which was annoying.

"Everything you want in a hotel and more"

Staff were 5 star. The location is perfect for jaunts around the city and central to activities nearby. Very clean and tastefully decorated. We really enjoyed the art lavishly displayed throughout the rooms and hallways. Top notch place!
