The property was amazing, it's a good price if you are more than one person. You have access to a commune kitchen, bathroom and others.

When we got there there was a small puddle of water and the shower didn’t work properly but the next morning everything was fixed and every day they made our bed and cleaned which was amazing

Very responsive when I had questions. Bed was extremely comfortable. Nice quiet area.

Nice palapas inside a bigger building. There was a safe and hairdrier. We didn't have time to use common spaces (garden, pool, kitchen) but they seemed very nice. Location was quiet (even though further from the downtown)

Room was pretty small and with saloon like bathroom doors it was a little difficult to move around for 2 people. Palapas are not soundproof so you can hear your neighbours very well.

Room was unacceptably small and the bed are placed as if it was a task given to someone. Washroom is another hell, it’s dirty, water cloggs every time, it’s not clean and the structure is not at all like a washroom… looks like a cheap public toilet. Noice and disturbance till midnight from others in the kitchen, not at all recommended for Family If you have a little standard and hygiene in life then do not book

I stayed for approx 5 days in a triple room in the building on the pool side. The property is actually split across both sides of the road. The palapa building was beautiful. WiFi and aircon worked well. Hot water and pressure was good. Nice white bed linen changed daily if asked. Free water in my room. I liked that the location was a little away from the beach and tourist madness but easily walkable. Supermarket and breakfast options close by. Airport transfer made things convenient. Check in videos were good {but make sure you ask for them beforehand if you’re worried you may not have data}. Reception provided me with a lock for a safe box in my room. The kitchen seemed well-stocked with utensils. They use WhatsApp to communicate with guests, which is a good system.

This property wasn’t for me, unfortunately. If you are looking for an opportunity to mingle and meet new travellers, this is the place for you. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is not it. My room was triple room 1, “Alex”, and was straight off the main kitchen area. As such, it was a very noisy stay, with groups of people hanging out by the pool, cooking and using the shared facilities. It felt more like a hostel atmosphere. I was kept awake late {noise until after midnight} and woken early {6am}. Bring an eye mask and earplugs! No mosquito net or deterrent {eg. citronella / plugs}. Would have liked a welcome / further check in information: where to have breakfast {there is no offer associated with this B&B}, etc. Perhaps staying in an apartment across the road instead {eg. Not by the pool with the shared kitchen} would have been worth the extra money. When I encountered staff, they were not particularly friendly. Unfortunately, I would not stay again due to how noisy it was. I read the earlier reviews and was expecting peace and quiet, which this definitely was not. Perhaps better if you are in a group or looking to make new friends.
