Grupotel Port d'Alcudia

Perfect for a 3 friends on a girly holiday! Spacious apartment with a good balcony and fab shower. Ideal location just a short walk from the beach and restaurants - with a shop literally just across the street. The pool area was nice too - loved having a bar so close! Helpful, friendly staff and they gave us a place to store our bags both on the day we arrived and the day we were checking out. We walked to the gorgeous Old Town but the bus looked straightforward too

Staff are really friendly and very attentive, especially Josef in the restaurant. Lovely hotel hope to return

Very spacious rooms, air con brilliant it goes in the living room and the bedroom,rooms are spotlessly clean,had a great view over the pools, staff brilliant from the cleaners to the management, children's entertainer was very good with the young children but their is no adult animation I.e dart,pool competition's, food is basic but nice, don't expect 4 or 5 star food, the guys that bring your drinks to you in the evening deserve a massive applause,one thing watch for the mosquitoes i got bit about 40 times,all in all a great holiday experience 8/10..

Nice hotel and very pleasant staff. Buffet times limited even during all inclusive unlike some of the Tui hotel i have visited before. Very clean and nice pool. Good for kids also with nice facilities and local area very close with short walk to old town

Good points- very clean and modern good food we was only half bored, big room was probably more like a suite the a room, we had two tvs in the room, a microwave and a kettle. great location about 10mins to the strip ,10 mins to the beach and 20mins to the port. Lots of choice for sun loungers never had to reserve them, lovely pool but I can imagine it getting quite crowded at the night of summer. Friendly staff who are always happy to help, Booked with tui and we were the second drop on the couch transfer, we were dropped new to the hotel . Bad points - incredibly uncomfortable mattress, we struggled to get a full nights sleep. The sun loungers were old and some a little dirty , also could do with more little tables around the pool.

Great stay. Lovely spacious rooms with regular cleans. Staff were all helpful. Only downside was dilapidated sunbeds and balcony furniture. Location was great and we will definitely be booking here again. Great value for money in the heart of Alcúdia

Jättefint stort rum. Fint poolområde. God frukost. Nära busshållsplats.

Fantastisk hotel. God beliggenhed og servicemindet personale. De eneste minusser vi oplevede var alt for hårde senge, lidt for lydt på værelserne og elendige solsenge. Ellers har vi ikke en finger at sætte på stedet. 😁

Bed was no so cosy..should be better..

Great for family stays with kids. Has a mini Club/Park and a kids pool enough to keep them entertained.
