Grupotel Port d'Alcudia

Really good location. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Beach is about a 10 minute walk. Lidl also 10 minute walk away. We walked to the old town on one of the days which is about a 30 minute walk if you fancy stretching your legs. The pool was very nice with plenty of space when we were there. There is also a Astro pitch for soccer and tennis. Hotel staff are all friendly and helpful if you require anything. The rooms are very clean and also cleaned regularly while we were there. All in all a really nice hotel for our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

My stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable! The staff were extremely kind and helpful, always smiling and ready to assist. The food was delicious – a wide variety of dishes, all fresh and perfectly seasoned. There were different activities and entertainment organized every day for both kids and adults – there was never a dull moment. The rooms and the entire facility were very clean and well maintained. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly come back again!

Great hotel with very friendly staff. 10 minutes stroll to the beach. Our apartment was a good size with a large pool view balcony. The pool is a good size and staff are very helpful . Loads of restaurants nearby, with a bus stop at the top of the road. We had a great 11 nights selt catering. We would recommend the hotel.

We have just stayed at The Grupotel Port D’Alcudia for 11 nights with my partner and young toddler. Starting strong with the positives!! This hotel has brilliant waiters and waitresses at meal times. I would like to take this opportunity to say a special mention to Iulian and Jose who always went out their way to greet everyone and make a fuss of all the children. They are a real credit to this hotel! The food at the All inclusive was great, not a huge selection but very good quality of what was there. The ice creams included in the all inclusive package were the largest choice I’ve ever seen at a hotel. The outside bar staff were also very friendly, especially the male who has worked there for 22 years (sorry we didn’t get your name!). The rooms were fantastic, super spacious with a seperate lounge, little kitchen area and a brilliant bathroom that boasted a double sink! A large balcony can be found with every room! There are 2 kids play parks on site as well as a hut dedicated to kids play which was really well equipped with activities such as arts and crafts and painting. There was also lots of toys and even a soft area for babies to lay/ sit in. The pool is great too and plenty of sunbeds although this maybe as the hotel wasn’t at full capacity. The location of this hotel is brilliant, a 5 min walk to the beach, local shops a stones throw away and a 15/20 min walk to the Port of Alcudia, we really rated the location. The general feel of the hotel was very relaxed which was a good vibe. Now on to the not so positives. We thought the entertainment was really poor, in fact the worse we’ve ever experienced in a 4 star hotel. No daytime entertainment other than aqua gym and the kids evening entertainment was a man called Francisco playing the same songs off his phone for ‘mini disco’. No awards for children, no daytime activities for them either. However the outside adult entertainment what we saw of it was of better quality. The all inclusive drinks were extremely limited and many had an additional cost even if you were all inclusive. The poolside snacks were low quality and a very basic choice. The kids pool was suited to older children as opposed to young children as it had quite ‘aggressive’ water features and the slides are for older children too. Overall however, we would stay here again and had a great holiday.

A beautiful spotlessly clean hotel well appointed in the resort of Alcudia The rooms are lovely and again very clean the balconies are large and we had a view to the port and the mountains as we were on the 5 th floor. The staff are helpful and friendly . The reception is bright a beautifully air conditioned . The bar is lovely the entertainment is a bit hit and miss but that didn’t bother us , the bar is huge with doors opening to outside terrace . The area is quiet and restful , there is a hyperdino supermarket across the road for your essentials but it is very expensive so use the Lidl which is an easy 5-8 minute walk away for a bigger shop . The kitchenette is tiny in the rooms but the fridge is a decent size . There is a hairdryer in the bathroom which is ok power wise . There is plenty of wardrobe space . The lifts are efficient considering the number of people . The only negative I have is the food is very poor quality and very expensive , For example a pizza at the pool bar is a side plate size economy pizza like you get for children in supermarkets , it cost about 7 euro !!! In general the pool bar food is way too expensive for the quality . The pool is a good size and you can walk in on a gentle gradient on both sides plus side steps and there is a lovely Pool for young children with water slide and features

Great location for all Alcudia. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants etc. The old town is walkable in about 30 minutes. Hotel very clean and very nice pool. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Couldn’t recommend enough.

This hotel was very good and clean the staff were very friendly and helpful overall wouldn’t hesitate staying there again.

Veldig bra hotell, god frokost og hyggelig personell. Stort pluss for høyt antall solsenger ved bassenget!

Nice hotel, but a little old. Especially the sunbeds.
