Grupotel Port d'Alcudia

The hotel is lovely and clean, staff friendly. Food is always fresh and readily available. Sometimes a bit monotonous and some feature nights would be great. Dinner is limited to 1 hour, but snacks around the pool are available. The drinks are ok but as we stopped all inclusive I wasn’t expecting to pay extras for some cocktails such as mojito. There is very limited daytime entertainment, even though it’s advertised as daily pool games etc. They was entertainment in the evening, we only saw a couple as went out most nights. A nice hotel for smaller children and older people. Our room wouldn’t go below 22 degrees but staff said that was normal even with the air con on full. Reception is ice cold though 😂. All in all we enjoyed our stay but unsure on the 4* rating on TUI.

Good stay. Fine hotel. Well air conditioned clean rooms. Good bed. Would have liked better control on air conditioner temp, which was a bit too cold.

Great stay in this hotel. Loved having a TV in the bedroom! Good sized bathroom with walk in shower, fair sized balcony with table and chairs to sit and relax between venturing out on walks, etc. Very friendly staff, always happy to help with any queries. Location perfect for visiting the Port, the Old Town and a walk to Muro. Most definitely a return on the cards!

Our first time in Mallorca - and we had a lovely 2 weeks holiday at Grupotel Port d’Alcudia with our 2 kids 1yo and 4yo. The staff is so so helpful and kind(!). The kids just love the pool area with 3 small slides. And the all inclusive programme was good and varied a lot. Lots of fresh fruits morning, lunch and evening - and fresh orange juice every morning, and the kids enjoyed pancakes with nutella in the morning. The poolbar also worked really well with snacks, drinks and icecreams the whole day. It is really a short way - 5 min. walk - from the beach which is super kid friendly. And then we enjoyed a morning in the Old Town (not on marked day) which was so nice. No people before 10, and the kids just ran around on their own in the empty old streets. The hotel / reception arranged transfer for us to/from the airport, and also taxi to the old town. Would definitely recommend Grupotel Port d’Alcudia for other families with kids.

We stayed for a week as a family on a self-catering basis. The apartment itself was decent and had what we needed, but a few things really let the experience down. First off, the beds were rock hard and on wheels, so they slid around—sleep wasn’t great all week. The cot provided for our baby had holes in the fabric, and we had to rent a high chair, which feels like it should be standard in a self-catering setup. Evenings were pretty noisy—not from entertainment, which we didn’t attend—but from all the scraping and dragging of furniture downstairs after the shows. It went on for at least an hour most nights. The pool area was nice: plenty of space and mostly clean. But the sunbeds were past their prime—sagging material, some broken altogether. We tried the snack bar once, didn't return. Overall, the stay had its ups and downs. Not awful, but not somewhere we’d rush back to.

Staff on the desk friendly and helpful. Studio Apartment was comfortable for two, wardrobe could be bigger. Some extra cutlery and bowls would have been useful in the kitchenette.

Flott hotel med bra beliggenhet. Kort vei til stranda og til restauranter og barer. Fin leilighet med alt man trenger for et godt opphold. Fint bassengområde med solsenger og parasoller.

Although we never stayed all inclusive so can’t comment on the food but the hotel was brilliant the staff were very helpful and polite, pool was clean areas was kept clean and hopefully returning in September

Love everything about this hotel. The stuff is amazing, so friendly and helpfull. The women who cleans the room are smiling and doning a good job. The food is good and inviting. Everything is very clean everywhere. The veranda has a good size. Been here two years in a row with my litle daughter, and we will defenitly be coming back!!!
