Grupotel Port d'Alcudia

We've been coming to this hotel intermittently since the 1990's when our children were small. We are now retired and still really enjoy our visits. The hotel is well situated, being on a quiet street but 10 minutes walk from the beach and 20 from the port. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are spacious, particularly the balcony. Lovely pool area which is kept nice and clean. The hotel is suitable for disabled guests and the walk to shops and the beach is easily accessible. We look forward to our next visit.

Nous avons été surclassé dans des appartements, qui sont tres fonctionnels. Cela permet de pourvoir si on le souhaite manger sur place

Had a great experience with my family here, after a disappointing experience in Playa Garden hotel 20 minutes away from this hotel. The customer service was great and the staff were really friendly. Staff members Jose and Iulian were helpful during breakfast. Rooms were great and it was nice there was a kitchen kit. We had a great time. Thank you

4人1部屋で、キッチン・バルコニー付きで十分な広さだった。セーフティボックスは有料（1日2.5ユーロ）で受付に申し込まないといけない。シャワーの排水溝の流れが悪かったが、受付に言うとすぐに対応してくれた。 ビュッフェの食事は日替わりで種類もまあまああり、味は普通だった。ハーフボードプランでは飲み物は別料金だった。夜はエンターテイナーによる演奏やキッズ向けイベントなどがありファミリーフレンドリーなホテル。 洗濯機はホテルに1台しかなく現金が必要。 ビーチやバス停まで歩いて5分、ホテル前にスーパーがあり飲み物やお菓子の調達に便利。

Gutes Personal, gutes Essen. Eigentlich nichts auszusetzen

Very clean and friendly staff entrainment daily unfortunately the food is awful its the same everyday poorly cooked with no variety chicken or pork with cold chips and that’s at lunch and dinner overpriced not good value at all We spent a fortune on eating out as after 3 days of hotel food we could take no more Good luck

Nous sommes restés 10 jours dans cet hotel bon rapport qualité prix , le perssonel est très accueillant surtout le responsable de la restauration et le Monsieur surveillant de la piscine. L hotel est situé à 5 minutes d une belle plage et 10 minutes à pied du port Alcudi ,un arret de bus et just à coté qui vous permet daller à palma et à l aeroport et centre historique alcudia. Un supermarket en face de l hotel, les chambres sont spacieuses avec un coin cuisine ,la restauration et le petit déjeuner copieux varié et savoureux avec une animation chaque soir .tout s est tres bien passé nous le recommandrons sans hésitation.

Familjeresa med all inclusive, två vuxna och två barn 5 & 8 år. Har inget att klaga på, maten var vad den brukar vara vid all inclusive - inget wow men mycket att välja på och absolut mer än okej! Rent och fräscht. Mycket trevlig personal, bra pool, nära till havet. Supermarket precis utanför. Barnen helnöjda och vi vuxna likaså.
