Grupotel Port d'Alcudia

Lovely hotel and in a great location. Food was good and nice pool, great for families.

Sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel. Pool und Zimmer tip top. Essensauswahl ebenfalls sehr gut.

Rummet var helt ok. Aningen slitet, men fint. Fick rum på våning fem med utsikt över poolen och bergen med stor balkong. Ta med shampo och balsam eftersom det inte fanns på rummet. Väldigt mycket barnfamiljer och ganska stimmigt. Reser du utan barn skulle jag inte rekommendera hotellet. En liten supermarket på andra sidan gatan med begränsat utbud och höga priser. Nära att ta sig till Port d’Alcudia och alla restauranger och 20 minuters promenad till gamla stan. Bussen dit går bara ett stenkast från hotellet.

We had a lovely week at this hotel . We had two one bedroom apartments for 3 adults and 2 children on all inclusive basis . Apartment was spacious , with one bedroom and double sofa bed in lounge , large balcony with chairs , table and airer. Plenty of storage space and hanging space for us all . Hotel was clean , staff were friendly especially Hose in the restaurant who took time to talk to everyone. Food was nice and enough to choose from every day . Snack bar served food and we enjoyed the cocktails and mocktails . We used the gym and inside pool a few times and enjoyed it . The main pool was crowded in the day but we could get sun beds , we spent most days at the beach and went in the pool after 5 pm . Beach is a short walk away with sun beds shade and safe available for €18.50 for 2 . Plenty of water sports to enjoy and one of the lifeguards does water aerobics around 11 am on the beach which was fun . The port isn’t too far away and we walked there a few times plenty of places to stop for drinks /food and gift shops . We visited the old town and had a walk around the market . The bus stop is a short walk from the hotel . We would return to this hotel we had a very relaxing week .

Fjärde året i rad på detta trevliga hotell som t hotell med mycket erbjuder god service , trevlig personal , bra underhållning , fräscha stora rum med utsikt över poolområdet allternativ mot gatan . Underbart god mat . Mycket väl värd all inclusive buffer x3 per dag . Trevliga barrer . Vacker pool .Treclig atmosfär .

Great location and steps away from Alcudia Beach. A convenient supermarket just across the road and a 7 minute walk to Lidl for essentials. Breakfast was fantastic with many options.

Just returned from a family holiday and stayed at this hotel — we couldn't fault it! The location is fantastic: a quiet area with a supermarket conveniently just across the road. We didn’t opt for all-inclusive, but the shop had everything we needed. The room was well-equipped with a hob, microwave, and fridge-freezer, and there was plenty of space throughout. The air conditioning worked perfectly, making our stay very comfortable. We went out every night and usually came back after the entertainment had finished, so I can’t comment on that. However, aquarobics was a hit with everyone at the pool most days — great fun and a nice touch! There were no issues with sun loungers, although some guests did head out early to reserve spots. Cleaners came around every morning, so be sure to hang your "Do Not Disturb" sign unless you're up early — they are punctual! Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would 100% return. Highly recommended

10 days at this hotel in busy peak school holidays and the hotel is wonderful, clean, friendly staff and the pools are great especially the children's slides. Great location. Entertainment: Absolutely terrible! The worst we have ever had at a hotel. The kids disco is only on Monday - Friday not Saturdays or Sunday and lasts about 45 minutes. The Entertainment is on from 9pm until 10/10.30pm and most of it has been terrible! So on a Saturday evening for example you get 1 to 1.5 hours of a singer or Absolutely terrible magic show and that's it for the night. Some singers were OK but some were singing the most depressing songs! If you have children they would be do bored on the evening . The all inclusive is OK if your not fussy and drinks all good but they really do not think of children at meal times. We've taken our child out to eat quite a lot as unless your child eats any meat and salad and endless same pizza there is nothing for the kids to eat if there ta bit fussy. Plenty of ice cream choice on the All inclusive though. This hotel couid be amazing if they sorted Entertainment out and more food choices for children Enjoyed our stay, don't think we would come back in a hurry unless they fixed few things! Was left very bored on the evenings almost every night

A hotel with a great location a bit away from all the noice but still 5 minute walk from the sea. Rooms are nice. Good A/C. Beds are good. Bathroom is good. Breakfirst is tastefull with fresh orange juice. And the staff, whom many has worked there for many years, is very service oriented and friendly. We have been at this hotel several times and will also come again.

Dette er ikke et 4-stjernet hotel! Det er maksimalt et 3-stjernet! Det var et udemærjet hotel, men vi havde betalt for 4 stjerner, og det var dette hotel ikke. Det hele er gammelt og slidt, og personalet er ikke imødekomment.
