Spacious rooms, great sea view and the hotel has its own private beach. Check in service was great as we arrived early and was able to check in early due to having an infant. Breakfast was superb!

The room was not cleaned properly, there was pee stains on the toilet and the vent above the toilet was leaking. I had communicated with the staff at the hotel about my concerns but nothing was done.

The staff were amazing. They were so helpful. On the first night we didn’t have an option for food go my son and they went out of their way to make sure there was something he like for every meal going forward. An amazing experience

The location is amazing.

The room I booked was very expensive for us to not be able to sleep at night due to loud club noise from Society Club. The facilities closed very early and we were looking forward to an evening swim because of the hot weather; however, they gave us a room very late almost 6.00PM and we couldnt stay long in the pool and beach was already closed even BEFORE SUNSET. The executive lounge was nothing special, no snacks when we came in only free drinks, no alcohol beverages available. The happy hour was not okay because pool closes 7.00PM and happy hour is 6-8PM
