I would like to formally express my deep disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, the overall experience fell significantly below the standards I expected, and based on this experience, I would not recommend your hotel to family, friends, or colleagues. The most concerning issue occurred at the pool area. While my family and I were using the facilities, a waiter removed our towels and personal belongings from the seating area without our knowledge or consent. Not only were we not informed, but our belongings also appeared to have been handled carelessly. This was highly disrespectful, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. Another major concern was the elevator service. The elevators were extremely small and clearly inadequate for the number of guests staying at the hotel. Throughout our stay, we frequently experienced excessive waiting times, often exceeding 20 minutes, simply to use the elevators to get to our room or the ground floor. This caused significant inconvenience and frustration for our family and negatively impacted our overall experience. The check-out process was equally disappointing. We requested assistance with our luggage well in advance, yet due to an apparent lack of communication between the reception team and the luggage staff, we were left waiting for approximately one hour before our luggage was brought down. Such a delay is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the hotel's operational efficiency and customer service standards. The breakfast service was also far below expectations. Obtaining even basic refreshments such as water often required multiple requests and long waiting periods. On several occasions, requests appeared to be ignored altogether. Guests should not have to repeatedly seek assistance for such fundamental services, particularly during breakfast hours.

In addition, despite specifically requesting connecting rooms at the time of booking and clearly communicating their importance for our family, this request was not accommodated. The availability of connecting rooms was one of the key reasons we chose your hotel, making this failure especially disappointing and inconvenient. While I acknowledge that the breakfast selection and pool facilities themselves were satisfactory, these positive aspects were completely overshadowed by the numerous service failures we experienced throughout our stay. What is most frustrating is that many of these issues could have been avoided through better communication, proper staff training, and greater attention to guest needs. Overall, this stay was extremely disappointing. The repeated service failures, lack of responsiveness, poor coordination between departments, and disregard for guest requests fell far below what should be expected from a hotel of this category. I sincerely hope management takes these concerns seriously, investigates the matters raised, and implements meaningful improvements to ensure future guests do not encounter the same issues. I would appreciate a response addressing these concerns and outlining what actions will be taken to prevent similar experiences from occurring in the future.
