Location in the centre of Campeche, breakfast was good

outdated hotel and far from 5 star. Had no atmosphere. Over priced and needs a full make over.

Hotel is beautiful but over priced and a little tired. Staff were outstanding and very accommodating it’s really expensive for what it is

Nothing to do in Campeche

Authentic colonial building in the middle of of the city. Everything is great, but parking on site is not available. Parking on nearby street is free.

Muy amable el personal. Restaurants a un paso. Muy buen desayuno. No me gustaron los colchones; muy blandos. Debe haber mayor diversidad de tamaños de almohadas.

My suite at the hotel was very nice- a large bedroom and bathroom with lots of characterful furniture and storage space. Likewise, the rest of the hotel is very pretty with lots of character and green plants around. Breakfast was generous and delicious as you could order à la carte along with fruits and bread/cake basket. I was full so got a breakfast sandwich which I had to get wrapped to take away with me for the train. The hotel’s location is excellent, only around the corner from the main square and right in the centre of the old walled city. Tons of restaurants and bars nearby. Disadvantages: that particular room has a window onto the stairs leading down to the courtyard and a second window and the door open onto the courtyard itself where the kitchen and breakfast are. Therefore I could hear staff at just past 6 am starting to get breakfast ready and chatting quite loudly with the courtyard acoustics amplifying it. At 8 am the music started…

De maravilla

Great location on the main Street. We stayed in the master room which was beautiful - nicely decorated and very large. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was really good as well, they were happy to adapt things to be vegan. Oh and nice quiet (albeit) small swimming pool to relax in. We stayed an extra day because we liked the town and hotel so much.

Nothing really. At a push I’d mention that as it is on the Main Street it could be a bit loud outside but with the air con going (which is needed in the heat!), we couldn’t hear much and it did not affect our sleep at all.

It’s a very quaint hotel and very old building with period features and decor. The hotel has great location near the food district and historic parts of the city. The food was good, however they only serve breakfast. Staff were very helpful.

The decor is too old and could do with some updating, poor WiFi

When my husband arrived to the hotel they told him there was no availability. We are very frustated with Expedia, and the hotel because there was no way to communicate and ask for help, or even inform Expedia that the hotel did not fullfill its commitment.
