"Großes Hotel mit Schwerpunkt Seminare"

Wir drei Personen haben 4 Nächte Halbpension (Di.-Sa.) im Vierstern-Hotel „Moselebauer“ außerhalb des Ortsgebietes am Berghang gebucht. Bezahlt 133.-/Tag/Pers. im Dreibettzimmer und daher schöne weit über dem Durchschnitt liegende Urlaubstage erwartet. Positiv: Innen- u. Außenpool, viele Saunen. Verpflegung (kann) sehr gut sein, Personal freundlich. 20.-/Tag nach Reklamation wegen schlechter Halbpension refundiert.

Ganzes Hotel hat „investitionsbedarf“. „Deluxe Zimmer“ sind nicht (mehr) „Deluxe“. Qualität der Küche schwankte extrem. Kein Lift in den 4. Stock - in dem sind die „Deluxe Zimmer“ ohne Balkon. Teppichboden im Zimmer. Löcher in den Vorhängen! HP inklusive „Nachmittagsjause“ nicht sinnvoll – besser wäre kleines Mittagsangebot. Zusätzliche Kissen/Polster sofort beim Check In geordert – mußten am nächsten Tag beim Reinigungspersonal urgiert werden. Einige Detail zur Beurteilung: Wegen wenig Gästen war das Abendessen am 1. und 2. Tag „a la carte“. Das „Boeuf Stroganoff“ hatte mit dem genannten Gericht nichts gemein. Die Sosse künstlich und geschmacklos. Ein „Beef Steak“ mit Pfeffersosse dauerte mehr als eine Stunde – obwohl wir der erste Tisch beim Abendessen waren. Und war nicht Medium wie bestellt. Die Sosse künstlich und geschmacklos. Die Kerzen am Tisch wurden nicht angezündet. Am 3. und 4. Tag kam der Hauptkoch (wie man uns erzählte) von Urlaub zurück. Und das Frühstücksbuffet/Abendessen war plötzlich total hochwertig und geschmackvoll. Konklusion: wir werden in diesem Hotel nicht mehr absteigen, bei diesem hohen Zimmerpreis erwartet man konstante Essensqualität und adäquate Zimmer.

"Struttura molto grande con vari svaghi ,cura di alcuni dettagli da migliorare"

Il contesto alpino è meraviglioso , la spa dell' hotel è molto grande anche se andrebbe curata un po' meglio, la camera era pulito ma il materasso non era buono, cucina ok

In generale la cura dei dettagli anche se capisco che la struttura è molto grande,ad esempio alcune docce della spa sono ostruite dal calcare,alcune viste esterne sono su parti poco curate con erba alta
