Hotel Moselebauer

Always wonderful to stay at beautiful Moselebauer. We always have the same room with a fabulous view of the mountains. The rooms are so clean and comfortable. The staff are extremely helpful. Also the food is very good especially the buffet.

bed and linens were very comfortable. views were amazing and staff was very friendly. Great massage!

The meals were confusing, some were included and some weren’t and it wasn’t clear ahead of time. Several of the saunas, steam showers and other features of the spa weren’t operational and several things weren’t at the right temperatures. Spa area could use some maintenance and updates.

The location is phenomenal, it is in the middle of the nature, perfect place to hide and recharge. A place to switch off the phones and relax.

I think the bottle of wine we had for 30 € is an exaggeration, even if someone brought it up there on foot from the winecellar :-/ For the rest, all was cool!

Fantastic and serene location, the hotel is nested in green meadows and forrests of Karynthia. Great spa, saunas and swimming pools, spacious rooms. Very welcoming and proffesional service. Good food. Very possitive and relaxed attitude to visiting dogs, also from two elderly dogs- residents :) Higly reccomended!!

The decor is a bit vintage, but it is also somehow charming :)

I visited the hotel back in January with a couple of my friends. We were kindly invited to enjoy a special wine cellar tour! We were greeted by a very friendly lady who gave us a tour of the entire property. We arrived for dinner which was fabulous. Our rooms were large and clean. Around 10:00 we came to the wine cellar as instructed and enjoyed a fantastic wine experience by the host. Would recommend! Looking back the price-quality ratio was very fair and we enjoyed our stay very much. We will be back next year!

I have been looking for rather more expensive, but quiet hotel. The first night - 10.9. Was OK, but big group of people just has been leaving the hotel. I have asked manager whether there will be similar event that week and answer was negative. On September 13.9. we have returned and a new group of young people have there a party. “House like” music blasted inside and outside over midnight. It was not possible to sleep. At the midnight I have checked out, paid for the “accomodation”, but then noice stopped and we remained until the moring and then escaped without breakfast. Another impressions : - no warm meals at the breakfast (experience from 10.9.) - I have no and nobody offered me, I am not sure I need to ask somebody whether they could cook something - doors of the elevator refused to open at my floor - so I have moved laguage like in the deep past - all tables in the breakfast room were equipped with names of the guests - except my name - I did not find my name and I chose the table named “reserved” - no excuse from management for discomfort - no answer on my e-mail to the owner of the hotel describing my impressions - when I wanted to leave the hotel at the midnight - manager in lobby expressed no hesitation and just took from me the full amount for the “accomodation” - bar situated right in the lobby - so noice is maximised perfectly

We booked a room for EUR 120 and asked for an extra bed for our child. That was possible for an extra EUR 180, - !!! When we asked them to cancel our reservation they told us coolly that this was not possible and that the hotel has to charge us the full amount. My advice to you is to be very careful with Hotel Moselebauer.

rooms are nothing special but you can get the chance to have an amazing mountain view, even while enjoining outdoor (heated) swimming pool and top class SPA services. Good breakfast and decent food (even if not particularly cheap)
